The course explores ways to record measurable outcomes, ensuring that this is centred around and directed by the person.

Please note that there are two modules to this course which compliment each other. This is the second module and the first module is called Care Act, Wellbeing Principle and Eligibility. You will need to book on separately for the first course if you would like to attend both modules. You do not have to attend both modules.
