Event description
This one day training course will provide Practitioners with the skills, knowledge and confidence to explore and understand what is happening with an individual or family. It will enable practitioners to have difficult conversations and to ask the relevant questions.

At the end of the course practitioners will:

- Know why it is important (learning from Local SAR’s and SCR’s
- Have explored having difficult conversations and tips for having them
- Have identified and practised the skills required in Professional Curiosity
- Identified Learning from SAR’s
- Applied skills to relevant local (or national SAR’s
