This course will look at developing the child’s voice, choice and ability to input into the planning and decision making processes.
This course will also help you to understand the Education and Health Care Plans.
This course will look at the importance of having a whole life perspective.
It will explore the impact of adolescence and the importance of making positive networks; what makes good friends, safe and unsafe situations etc. Exploitation (using the Newcastle serious case review), economic and other forms of exploitation will also be considered as well as domestic abuse and its impact on the young person.
